“I had 3 vacant 4 unit buildings in need of major rehab. There was a huge back tax bill and the city had started an environmental foreclosure because of the condition. I was being fined daily by the city.
Eric was able to work with the city attorney to stop the foreclosure and eliminate these charges by agreeing that he would make the repairs after purchasing. He took care of the whole process, and the title company paid the back taxes out of proceeds from the sale, so I didn’t have to come out of pocket.
